• All appointments must be booked in advance through our official online booking system.

• Please arrive on time.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or will be charged for extra time.

• Clients that are more than 25 minutes late may receive a cancellation of their booked service without a notice.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Protocol

• Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

• For cancellation use the code you received in your email during booking to cancel your appointment.

• Do not contact Chizzy for cancellation, you have to cancel your appointment yourself.

• Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may result in loss of 50% of the deposit.

Client Conduct and Salon Atmosphere

• We maintain a respectful, professional environment, no smoking, no vaping, no snuff while sitting on the salon chair.

• If you must smoke please do it outside and wait a while for the smell to clear before coming back in.

• Go to the rest room or outside to insert your snuff, please do not do it while sitting on the salon chair.

• Clients are not allowed to ask personal questions about family life, marriage status, and living condition. Behavioral Guidelines

• Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

• Children or extra guests are only allowed if approved in advance for safety and comfort.

• Keep an eye on your children, any damages will be debited. Refunds and Issue Resolution

• Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not offered.
